1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using NURSEBOOK, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Educational Purpose & Medical Disclaimer

NURSEBOOK is an educational training platform. Content and simulations do not replace licensed clinical judgment. Never input real patient health information.

3. Account Registration & Security

• Provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for credentials and account activity.
• Verification documents must belong to you and be authentic.

4. User Conduct & Community Rules

Do not post offensive content, upload real patient data, distribute copyrighted answer keys, or harass/impersonate others. Violations may result in account termination.

5. Subscriptions & Payment Terms

Free and paid plans are offered. Manual wallet payments are activated after receipt verification. Payments are generally non-refundable once activated.

6. Intellectual Property

Curriculum, question banks, scenarios, calculators, and branding are NURSEBOOK intellectual property.

7. Account Termination & Deletion

You may delete your account anytime via Settings. NURSEBOOK may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
